Submitting creates a private moderation record. It does not guarantee an unban.

Appeal privacy notice

Your selected appeal surfaces, any submitted Minecraft name or Discord account claim, optional verified Discord identity, appeal responses, and evidence links are sent to our systems and stored as a private moderation record. They are visible only to authorized staff and service operators.

Appeal and audit records are retained as needed for moderation integrity. You may request access or deletion through Avatarverse support, although the minimum record needed to document moderation actions may be preserved. Do not submit private information that is not needed for the appeal.

New submissions receive a private status link. The link contains a secret receipt that is stored as a cryptographic hash and, when email notifications are enabled, as an encrypted value solely for result delivery. Receipt access expires 90 days after a final decision; the underlying moderation record may be retained longer. Anyone with the link can view the limited appeal status, so keep it private.
